Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products to complete their projects on our sales floor. This role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time positions and a fast-paced, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
