Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an entry-level Customer Service/Sales Associate in Onalaska, Wisconsin. You will provide outstanding service, assist customers with purchases, and help with credit applications and financing when needed.

This role supports KPI achievement, daily cash handling, and participation in opening/closing store duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and 1 year of related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
