Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service as per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Assist in daily store operations including workloads, shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales per product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and report merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information against fraud.
