Job summary

The Children’s Place in Salem, NH is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will model and maintain excellent customer service with effective communication, product knowledge, and skilled selling techniques to help customers find what they need.

You will ensure merchandise presentation, replenishment, and sizing are up to standards, keep the store and backroom organized, assist at the cashwrap, and participate in loss prevention and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate service at the cashwrap and promote PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow merchandising standards and maintain a clean store and backroom.
• Support leadership to achieve store goals and handle customer concerns.
• Assist customers with promotions and solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Exhibit flexibility to process stock as needed.
