Job summary

Scheels in Missoula is hiring for a sales position on site. You will greet customers, identify needs, promote products and the Scheels Visa Card, and work toward personal sales goals while upholding Scheels' high service standards.

You will contribute to visual merchandising and assist with stock, training new associates, and product demonstrations, supporting a positive customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage with customers, assess needs, and promote products and Scheels Visa Card.
• Hit sales goals and follow Scheels' sales practices to provide an above-and-beyond experience.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on products purchased.
• Maintain visual merchandising and support freight processing and inventory restocking.
• Possess ability to demonstrate product usage and reach items up to 6 ft high.
• Attend product training and store meetings; assist in training new associates.
