Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a frontline retail associate in Mill Creek, WA to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales initiatives in a fast-paced store environment.

You will process transactions, assist with financing where needed, and contribute to meeting store targets while adhering to cash handling procedures. The role involves opening/closing duties and teamwork with staff.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
