Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to customers as they enter the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, cleanup lists, shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods using product knowledge guidelines.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information and report potential fraud risk.
