Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and help customers as they enter the store.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Continuously set goals to grow selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and standards across manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales according to product knowledge.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and communicate issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
