We offer a generous commission program with a base pay and a multiplier, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

As a team member, you will help customers, maintain a clean salon, and participate in training on sales, customer service, and product knowledge. 50% off Employee discounts apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
