Pacific Beach Tan, Inc. is seeking energetic, customer-focused associates for full-time roles in a fast-paced spa environment. You will drive sales, guide customers on product offerings, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on tanning rules and ensures compliance with company policies.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
