Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring for full-time and part-time roles in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. You will meet sales goals daily and help customers understand our tanning and skincare products while enjoying a flexible schedule and employee discounts.

We offer a generous commission program with a base pay and performance multipliers, plus opportunities for advancement, training, and a Diamond Prism membership. Must be 18+ and able to stand and lift up to 25 lb as part of duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals set daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure company requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and opening/closing duties; daily paperwork and goal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly

• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
