Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic associates in Hillsboro, OR for part- or full-time roles. You’ll earn base pay plus commission, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced beauty and wellness setting.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Benefits include health/dental, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling. Training and growth are emphasized in a welcoming team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure legal/company requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash; open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
