Palm Beach Tan-Pacific Beach Tan, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to represent our brand in a fast-paced, beauty and wellness environment. We offer a generous base pay with a multiplier-based commission plan, plus training, advancement opportunities, and an employee rewards program.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Staff receive employee discounts on skincare products and tanning memberships.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
