Quality Talent Group in Addison, Texas is seeking a customer service oriented associate to provide outstanding service for every customer and guest, while processing sales orders and supporting store opening/closing activities.

The role requires 18 years or older, legal authorization to work in the US, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, along with cash handling and inventory support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
