Job summary

JD Sports NA North Platte store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive product sales. You will become knowledgeable across product areas, promote promotions, and act as an ambassador of the JD Sports brand to create a memorable customer experience.

The role supports daily store operations, participates in staff meetings, and helps maintain merchandising standards. Reports to the Store Manager. This position is hourly and non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to store guests.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Set and track sales goals; improve selling skills.
• Follow company policies and manuals for operations and visual standards.
• Assist daily store operations, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs and price concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Protect assets and report fraud risk.
