Job summary

Express Lancaster is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help with stocking and cleaning duties to keep the store inviting and organized.

The role requires good communication, a team mindset, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Prior retail or customer service is a plus, and the position may be part-time or full-time with benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology (iPad, register) and fast checkout skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, helpful in-store experience for customers.
• Stock, clean, fold, and merchandise to maintain an organized sales floor.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Explain loyalty program benefits and drive enrollment.
• Follow store policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and associates.
• Support product launches and SOP changes as needed.
