Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking Sales Associates to join our team in Michigan. You will greet customers, operate the register, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the store.

The role includes handling lottery, alcohol, and age-verification requirements and opportunities to cross-train in other departments. The position offers flexible schedules with full-time and part-time options, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Become knowledgeable in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age-verification compliance.
• Upsell customers to boost sales as appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe, including bathrooms, parking lots, and pump areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain neat, full merchandise presentation.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a reliable team player.
