Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to be the heart of our store in Michigan. You’ll greet customers, run the register, keep the store clean, stocked, and safe, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Role includes upselling where appropriate, complying with age-verification laws for alcohol and lottery, and supporting other departments as needed. Weekend and holiday availability is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and totals.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Upsell when appropriate to increase sales while following laws.
• Keep store clean and safe, including bathrooms and lot area.
• Stock shelves and displays, ensure fresh and organized merchandise.
• Support other departments as needed, including deli.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
