Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with cash handling accuracy.
• Able to learn store policies quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service to customers of the convenience store.
• Make customers feel welcome in the store.
• Ask customer needs and recommend products for them.
• Share information on sales, deals, and opportunities with customers.
• Cross-selling ancillary items.
• Face products on shelves and ensure visibility.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment in the store.
• Operate cash register and other necessary equipment.
• Identify and recommend ways to increase convenience store sales.
