The Children's Place in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in reaching company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and use effective selling techniques while keeping merchandising and stockroom areas organized.

You will handle transactions at the cashwrap, promote the PLACE Card, and ensure all sizes and styles are represented. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer engagement and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with urgency and prioritize service at all times.
• Greet customers and provide appropriate level of service.
• Explain promotions and resolve stock issues when needed.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure sizes/styles are represented.
• Operate cashwrap accurately and educate about PLACE Card.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store and backroom.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed and safety standards met.
