Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to drive satisfaction.
• Assist customers with purchases and communicate value of merchandise.
• Explain promotions and offer solutions for out-of-stock items.
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment and care.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills to boost conversion.
• Process transactions accurately at the cashwrap and highlight PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stockroom and ensure merchandise presentation, signage and stock levels.
• Support housekeeping, safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Contribute to store goals and adapt to changing priorities.
