QVC Group, including Frontgate, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Charlotte, NC location. You’ll drive store sales, deliver a standout guest experience, and support daily operations on site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in specialty retail, strong cash handling skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems. Flexible schedule and weekend/evening shifts required.

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience
• Experience with Word/Excel/Outlook/Kronos/POS systems and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor
• Deliver excellent guest service and educate guests on products
• Assist guests with purchases and operate POS systems
