Job summary

QVC Group’s Frontgate location in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Associate to join the onsite team. You will help achieve sales targets, maintain an organized store floor, and provide outstanding guest service that educates customers on Frontgate products and services.

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move items.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and educate guests on Frontgate products.
