Job summary

CB2 is hiring a Sales Associate in New York to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor. You will become an expert on our products, answer questions, and help keep the store neat and ready to shop.

You will work under the Leadership Team, meeting daily sales goals and supporting promotional events, while building rapport with customers and collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and learn continuously

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team
• Actively engage customers and develop long-term relationships
• Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork
• Promote current promotions, brand initiatives and store services to customers
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist customers throughout the store
• Follow posted schedules and zone assignments to manage responsibilities
• Assist leadership with stocking displays and ensuring products are available for purchase
• Promote safety and loss prevention guidelines on the sales floor
