Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support Management in delivering a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will help drive profitability while ensuring a great customer experience.

You will promote MAPS, handle transactions, participate in visual standards, and build client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing, with opportunities to grow within the brand at The Arboretum of South Barrington.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Meets sales goals using sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintains knowledge of current promotions and pricing.
• Supports replenishment and store presentation.
• Promotes MAPS-based customer service and resolves concerns.
• Signs up clients for rewards and builds client following.
