Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Sneads Ferry, NC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to keep our stores clean and inviting while serving customers at the register. You will help with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensure age verification compliance, and upsell where possible.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining a safe environment, and crossing into other departments when needed. This position offers flexibility with full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Math Proficiency: basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
• Physical Ability: capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-Employment Screening: must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Availability: able to work weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
• Age: must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Maintain a clean, safe store inside and outside (restrooms, pumps, lot).
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
