Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Monroe, OH store. You will deliver memorable customer experiences, support in-store operations, and contribute to achieving sales goals with a friendly, team-focused approach.

You will represent the Crocs brand, stay informed on product launches, and help maintain merchandising, cash handling, and a welcoming store environment. Flexible schedule required; must be 16+ with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
