The Job

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our guests. You'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our brand's standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

The Starting Rate: $17.00

The Day-to-day

1. Greet guests warmly and create memorable experiences using exceptional customer service
2. Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
3. Maintain a sales-focused atmosphere to achieve store goals
4. Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked for easy shopping
5. Take responsibility for the guest experience and report feedback to management
6. Follow all store procedures for POS and cash handling

The Ideal Candidate

1. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
2. Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
3. Takes pride in their work
4. Describes themselves as detail-oriented
5. Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
6. Can handle multiple tasks at one time
