• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including following floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory standards.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
