This position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. It is an entry-level team member position exposed to various retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising.

We are seeking an entry-level team member to join us as a General Merchandise Clerk. You will perform retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising, collaborating with team members and managers as needed. Are you a people person? What will you be doing?

• Building rapport with customers
• Displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
• Helping customers with questions and directing them to other team members when necessary
• Stocking products and maintaining displays according to standards
• Utilizing technology to complete tasks
• Working across departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral
