Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods in Champaign, IL is seeking store teammates to help customers, maintain floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment, while upholding safety policies.

You will promote loyalty programs, enroll customers in private label credit card, and support the team across the store, creating an inclusive, welcoming environment. The role includes standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking and at heights up to 4 feet with ladder or platform.

• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and replenishment.
• Promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
