Job summary

The Salvation Army in McHenry is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This role blends customer service with store operations and supports community programs through donated merchandise.

Hours are 10:00am-3:00pm, up to 20 hours per week, with Saturday shifts. Candidates should be reliable, able to work a flexible schedule, and comfortable using a POS system.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and offering assistance

• Maintain store appearance through cleaning, organizing, and restocking
• Help meet daily production goals by processing and displaying new merchandise

Required Qualifications
