Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Orlando is seeking an energetic retail associate to greet customers and understand their needs to support a positive shopping experience. You will uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets, signage, and pricing updates, while assisting with inventory and replenishment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, collaborative, and able to work across the store with a safety-first mindset, taking ownership of tasks and supporting management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
