Job summary

Golf Galaxy, part of Dick's Sporting Goods, is seeking store teammates who are passionate about helping customers and growing the game. You will greet shoppers, understand their needs, and provide friendly service to golfers of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, executing floor sets, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting the team with safety and loss-prevention policies. Join us to create an inclusive, high-energy shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking and at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder/access equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).

• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
