Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate at an assigned California location to support store operations, provide customer service, and help drive profitability.

The role involves cash handling, POS operation, stock checks, and maintaining shop safety while following company policies. Must be flexible for weekend and holiday shifts and comfortable working indoors with occasional outdoor time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday with appropriate safety equipment.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to stock/maintain signage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash and operate POS systems.
• Maintain lighting and fixtures cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure inventory and currency security to avoid theft and shrinkage.
• Report to the Store Manager with adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
