Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will handle cash, assist customers, maintain lighting/fixtures, and ensure inventory and currency security in a customer-focused, profitable operation.

You will learn to operate the cash register and computer console, with supervision under the Store Manager. Flexible shifts include weekends and holidays; full-time positions may receive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or signage.
• Work indoors predominantly with some outdoor periods.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling.
• Lighting and fixtures cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensure security of all inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
• Learn to use other store tools and equipment.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies and procedures.
