FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Fort Wayne, IN to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries while supporting pawn and short-term loan services. You will help customers and maintain accurate sales activity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and team mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
