Job summary

First Cash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Jackson, MS. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, process transactions, and maintain organized merchandise displays.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage with unlimited commission, earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a range of benefits. A flexible schedule includes weekend work, with store hours typically 9AM–6PM and some locations closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$18.00 – $22.40 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What We’re Looking For

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
