FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Soddy-Daisy, TN to greet customers, assist with pawn and loan services, and drive sales. Earn hourly wages plus commission and enjoy benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Strong customer service and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$13.00 – $16.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission
