Cash America Pawn in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate earning $15.00–$17.70 per hour plus unlimited commission. You’ll greet customers, explain pawn terms, process sales and loans, and maintain organized displays.

This role offers earned wage access, employee discounts, medical benefits, and 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months. You will handle cash, assist with opening/closing tasks, and provide excellent service while meeting regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
