FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Knoxville, TN. The role offers $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus commission and a path to earned wage access after day 2.

Qualifications

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$13.00 – $16.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
