FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the Gladstone, MO area. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loans, and process transactions in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Earn hourly pay of $15.00-$17.70 plus unlimited commission, eligible for Earned Wage Access after day 2, and employee discounts from day one. Store hours typically 9AM–6PM with Sundays often closed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate

$15.00 – $17.70 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
