FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX. Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission and benefits. You will help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, while supporting store operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience for pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$10.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Commission Information
