You will greet customers, assist with pawn and loan services, process transactions, and maintain an organized sales floor. The position emphasizes customer service, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must have 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with checkout systems a plus.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$13.50 – $17.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
