Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Pooler, GA. You will greet customers, assist with loans and pawn services, process transactions, and keep displays neat while following store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with checkout systems is a plus.
• Willing to retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
