FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Savannah, GA. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan inquiries, and maintain a clean, welcoming sales floor.

You’ll earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with benefits like Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and health coverage. Flexible weekend hours and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
