Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Bryan, Texas. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan inquiries, and help manage merchandise on the floor.

You’ll handle cash, operate POS checkout, maintain store displays, and participate in basic opening/closing tasks while delivering friendly, customer-focused service. Bilingual applicants encouraged; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$11.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
