FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in El Paso, TX. The role offers $11.00–$13.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with commission potential up to 8%.

Duties include greeting customers, assisting with sales and loan services, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
