FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Texas. The role offers an hourly wage of $11.00–$14.00 plus commission, with additional earnings based on performance.

You will greet customers, assist with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience. Responsibilities include processing sales and loans, maintaining displays, handling cash, and following guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise including firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Basic math and checkout systems experience.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$11.00 – $14.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping customers, working with a variety of merchandise, and earning commission on top of your hourly rate, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
