Job summary

Holiday Oil is seeking a friendly Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (21+) to assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and safe at our West Valley location. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, stock shelves and maintain a clean store, including pumps and restrooms. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, including cash registers and other POS systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers.
• Effective communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to manage workload and pace effectively.
• Willingness to learn about store processes, products, and services.
• Ability to remain composed in confrontational situations.
• Capability to work in a high-volume, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Sunday through Saturday. Availability to open and close the store as needed.
• Must be able to work in cold environments, such as outdoor cold weather and indoor coolers.
• Must also be able to work in heat during the summer months to perform outdoor duties.
